Midnight sun safari in Lofoten

Midnight sun means that the sun does not disappear below the horizon, and is thus visible 24 hours a day.

The midnight sun can only be found north of the Arctic Circle. Henningsvær is 200 km north of the Arctic Circle and has sun around the clock from the end of May to mid-July. At night, the sun is low and the light is at its most beautiful. When the sun is low, it cannot be seen from Henningsvær because of the mountains, but there are guided boat trips to the outer side of Lofoten.

On these trips you can experience the wildlife in and along the sea, and not least the wonderful light that the midnight sun provides.
