We are looking for a person for a 50–100% position with experience from the hotel and restaurant industry. If you are a positive, structured, and responsible individual who is focused on ensuring great guest experiences and enjoys working as part of a team, this could be the job for you.
It is important to have (or be willing to acquire) knowledge of Henningsvær and Lofoten, in order to share the great stories with our guests. The rorbu resort is open year-round, and our guests come from all over the world.
Work tasks / Responsibilities
- Create memorable experiences for our guests.
- Staff the reception desk.
- Handle various administrative tasks.
- Follow-up related to breakfast and other activities in the restaurant.
- Follow-up of activities at the facility.
- Follow-up of courses, conferences, and group bookings.
- Work with sales and follow-up of customers.
This is you:
- A service-minded person who is genuinely committed to quality in the guest experience.
- Previous experience in reception work or within the restaurant industry.
- English, both spoken and written.
- A valid driver’s license (car) is an advantage.
- Able to work well in a team where colleagues support each other and help one another succeed.
